And I haven't gotten any points at all in the past hour, though I have only been trying off and on.
 
Getting the limit exceeded message is easy. Put one finger on the y button and the other on enter. Then alternate as fast as you can. Stop when you see the message. Wait about ten seconds and type something. He should ask if you have an xbox. After you have done this repeat the process to get the Points offering message.

I've made 4 accounts and every time it asks me if I have an xbox, I say yes, and then it says Rate Limit Exceeded (2).

Bullcrap.
 
Damn, I guess once he says the exceeded thing, you can't spam a ton, or he gives up on you for Xbox. And stupid bot offered me 400 pts, I said yes, then he changed the topic!

What are you guys typing in when he asks for your age during the very beginning general questions? Sometimes I'll type in 30, and sometimes I'll type in "over 17"

Y spam him, then when he says that rate limit thing hit Y again to bring up the xbox, then give it a couple of seconds, then type yes, then it does live, give it a few seconds, then type yes. Y spam it again to get rate limit then it should come up with the points thing, then just take it slow through that and you should be good.

I get the toolbar without points a lot now
