5. DRAWINGS: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about December 14, 2007, by Promotion Mechanics, Inc. (the "Sweepstakes Administrator"), an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Hourly Prizes will be awarded in separate random drawings, conducted on or about December 14, 2007, from among all eligible entries received for each hour of the Promotion Period (or day as provided on mail-in entries). Winners will be notified by telephone, email and/or postal mail. Sweepstakes winners will be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification attempt or prizes will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected from among remaining eligible entries. An alternate winner will be selected if the person initially selected as a winner cannot be reached by Sponsor within a reasonable period of time after the drawing (as determined by Sponsor), if such person's name and address cannot be identified for any reason, or if prize/notification is returned undeliverable. If Grand Prize winner is 18 or older, as is required for entry, but not of the age of majority in his/her state of residence, Grand Prize will be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian who must sign any and all documents required of winner. Hourly Prizes will be shipped to winners on or about January 31, 2008. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Limit one Hourly Prize per person.
