how easy is this game to learn if you don't play soccer and have never played a soccer video game? whats the 2 button Pass/Shoot scheme all about? Is it too dumbed down or is it fun?

It does have online. And Fifa 2010 is better.

As far as I know (and correct me if I'm wrong on this...) you can JUST play as the international teams in World Cup 2010... whereas you can play as any team (although not as many internationals) in Fifa 2010.

Not to meantion that Fifa 2010 was the greatest soccer game ever made (and second greatest sports game behind ESPN NFL 2005) so everybody and their mom already owns it.

I just bought Fifa 2010 yesterday. Will buy world cup after the world cup is over.

I am really trying to like this game, but I think I am losing my luster for sports games nowdays.
All the controls are so frigging complicated, holding three triggers, plus press two buttons to do complicated breakdown moves. It's just not fun anymore.
