This is separate from the previous dashboard ad where only some won a code. This time everyone wins a code. Ends March 31st, and codes will be e-mailed by April 17th.

Yea pretty terrible explanation. You have to go on your XBox dashboard and find the ad for the car. If its not there just hit the Xbox button and then Y to refresh it. Find the car ad and click on it and then go over to the Avatar gear, check the box and hit enter.

Just wait, It'll get better when there's 20 posts if anyone got their codes yet and why they didn't get theirs.

EDIT: Ok nevermind. It's an ad for Hyundai Veloseter car.
 
this is what you're looking for: (image from slickdeals thread)
this is under your "home" tab on the dashboard. If you don't see the ad just hit the guide button on your Xbox controller and press Y to refresh, repeat until you see the ad (as stated in a post above)

after you submit it on your dashboard it says you'll get your avatar item "no later than April 17, 2012."

That's the exact problem I had. I knew to look for an ad relating to Veloster, but had no idea what kind of ad it would've been with the lack of info given originally.
