Yeah, the mail-in form has been altered from the original one I posted. The form no longer specifies that it has to be the 60GB. Store doesn't matter, either.
 
you're technically supposed to pay the tax from amazon and other online retailers who don't charge it on your IRS forms
 
Which is ridiculous IMO. I'm perfectly happy with paying taxes, but they need to work it so the retailer figures it out! That stuff's greek to me.

(I like this joke a comedian did once about how he has no problem paying taxes, but if the IRS knows what we're supposed to pay, how about they just SEND US A BILL! :D )
