I agree. Few month ago I walked in Crapusa and Breath of Fire II (GBA) was looking right at me with $20 Price Tag. :D

It appears .hack just sold out....I had it in my cart and then got a message that it's no longer available. I searched on it again and now it shows for in-store pick-up only. Too bad none of the stores around here have it.....
 
Compusa is the worst store I know of, they have the shittiest prices and perhaps the worst staff on the planet.
 
Yeah, much of their staff are composed of half retarded college junkies or buff black women. And 15% restocking fees kills anything (I can see this on cheap items that are under $70, but on a $200 item, that's friggin insane!), although I realize other stores of that as well (friggin gay, considering the item I returned wasn't even restocked, it was immediatly put on the ground with the other discount monitors for sale).

Sorry for going off topic but...

Is Breath of Fire II rare or something? I picked it up for 4.99 during the CC summer clearance and still haven't gotten around to opening it.

If homosexuals are indeed the reason for high restocking fees, I don't blame Bush for trying to outlaw gay marriage.
 
Restaurant Empire is also going for $10 --I just picked up a copy at the B&M store--in their clearance bin/rack, for any who are interested in this PC title.
 
Thanks, just ordered Mario Party 6. I was going to hold off on getting it until I saw a better price under $30 so $24.99 is a great deal

It was listed as $44.99 as in-store pickup, and $24.99 when bought online.

I'm glad I jumped on it when I did, since it looks like I didn't have much window to make the purchase. $31-something after shipping and taxes.
 
According to CompUSA.com though, the sale on Mario Party 6 goes on until 5/5/2005, so I think they should get more for internet sale (hopefully) by then. ^_^ And then I can get one!

MP6 looks decent... And it comes with the Mic? For $30, that's not bad... It's still $20 off for a fairly new game.

I don't think I should buy anymore stuff using my credit card though.
 
Dang, I was going to jump on MP6 but they only have it for in store pickup at a store in Virginia, living in Maryland I don't think it's really worth going through the trouble of driving there for it.

Update : The removed it from main page, if you go to product info the rebate info is there, guess they are trying to hide it, thats a plus for us here at CAG i guess .
 
I agree with those furious at Compusa. I stopped by to pick up a USB card and noticed they had Simpsons: Hit and Run in a bin for $19.99 instead of $9.99. I asked if they would price match their web site and they said no since it was an internet special. What really sucks is that I had checked earlier and it said pickup only but was OOS locally. I don't think I will be doing business with them any time soon.
