CAGiversary!
Of course you need a membership for this store, but this is the cheapest price I have seen for this game thus far. Probably won't get another Price drop soon since it had one recently and since it's up for Game of the Year nods at various publications, sites, etc. I put the YMMV in the title since this was the last one that I saw left at my Sam's Club so it could be a small clearance, or they're just getting rid of what is left.

While I was there I also saw Amazing Island for $13.XX (some odd change number I don't remember) and Space Raiders for the same price. I know that Amazing Island is OOP and is getting harder to find so it might be worth it.

Sam Club's is the same as a Costco, right?

I wonder why they have different names for different regions (Carl's Jr & Hardees, Dick's Sporting Goods & Sportmart, etc.).

I'm going be on the lookout for RE4 at $25... thx OP.

no Sam's Club is an evil hell hole filled with vile evil ppl working there. I am an ex-Sams employee..dont go there if you dont have to!

Mine wants $45 for it. I could have sworn it was $33 a few weeks ago too.

I've seen alot of the $13.xx (I think its $13.77) games, including Soul Calibur 2, Return of the King, and Monkey Ball 2. All GCN.

Well there isn't a Costco anywhere near me, but there's a Sams Club in town. What do I do?

Nope. They're two separate companies/entities. Walmart owns Sam's Club while Costco is own by Kirkland/Costco itself.
I heard that Amazing Island wasn't so amazing. What are everyone esle's thoughts on it?
i've never heard of the game, but i thought your comment was funny.

i ordered it from gamequestdirect or whatever with rhapsody...ive heard not so good things about it, but its not a very common game to come across...so i picked it up just in case it becomes hard to find

Amazing island is hard, you have to beat all the courses with a sub-level monster at first which is hard, also they dont explain what to do on each course that well either. The minigame courses arent really that fun either.

The monster making stuff is fun, however each time you create a monster it uses up 8 blocks of memory on your memory card, so you need a huge memory card to play this game. That is in addition to the blocks of memory it takes up for the system file.

It also uses the gba/gcn link very well, to play a minigame using battle cards, the minigame is kinda easy but its pretty fun. You only need a gba and a gcn link to play the minigames, no cart in the gba.

I have this game, its very hard to find, it can still be found for around 20$ at some stores, which is how much i paid for mine, in the future it will probably resell for a lot more though, since most copies online that i saw were going for about 40-50$.

My Sam's Club had practically no Gamecube selection. What a joke.

They did have Metroid Fusion for $16 though. Too bad it sucks.

I work at Sam's Club when I'm not off at school, so I can say that when it comes to games, the prices are almost always chain-wide. The only time you'll tend to get variation from store to store is when it is the last item and they want to clear space. So, in this case, it could be that it was the last one they had. I'd check at my store, but I finished up working there for the summer a few days ago.
