Short version: code is GAME25
EDIT: word from other CAGs with similar cancellation e-mails is that the code is not user-specific.

Long version:
Up until this afternoon I thought I had a pre-order for Batman: Arkham Asylum through the WB online store (http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=214741). Unfortunately, I received this e-mail today:
"Dear Valued Customer,
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship Batman: Arkham Asylum and Battlestations as it is no longer available from our store. We have canceled this item your order and can confirm that your credit card will not be charged.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We would also like to offer you 25% off any order for DVDs and/or Blu-ray discs through April 30th, 2009*. Just use coupon code GAME25 at checkout in our new store at www.wbshop.com
