25% off on all TV Shows on DVD priced $29.99 and above at Suncoast B&M

CAGiversary!
So I was browsing all the TV shows on DVD at Suncoast today, and all of a sudden, a worker hands me a flyer and tells me that any DVD TV show regularly priced 29.99 or above will be 25% off. The flyer says the deal is valid from 9/7/04 - 9/19/04.

On the back of the flyer, it also says they are having a buy one $14.99 DVD, and get another $14.99 DVD half off deal.

http://www.suncoast.com has a store locator just in case you don't know of any Suncoast stores near you.

Recommendations:

Family Guy season 1-2
Family Guy season 3
Aqua Teen Hunger Force (hell, all of 'em)
Freaks and Geeks: The complete series
Boy Meets World: season 1
Saved By The Bell season 1-2
Saved By The Bell season 3-4
Saved By The Bell "The College Years"

and, of course, all the Friends series.. I think those retail for 29.99.. but yeah, out of all those, my strongest recommendation is the Freaks and Geeks complete series.

Nice recommendation Scorch. Thats how box sets should be done.

Does anyone know how much King of the Hill Retails for at Suncoast?

I would be all over that if it wasn't for the fact that they're over priced anyway. So it would be just like buying it for regular priced.

YES. Now the X-files Seasons will only cost what? $80 each?

MY DREAMS HAVE COME TRUE!

On a related note, why the hell are the X-files DVDs so expensive? 24 is more content and is generally $50 or less...

Yah, I'm gonna buy alot of stuff at Media Play this week probbaly. But the ad I got says all dvds $13.99 are buy 1 get one 50% off, not ones marked $14.99.

But I could get Blade Runner and Dumb and Dumber

I wonder how much the 1st season of Star Trek is at Media Play, cause if its only $100 there tha I might pick it up for 25% off.

Seems like Media Play is the only store that has good deals going on this week.

The first season of 24 was cheaper because it had nothing with it. The other two sets are MSRP of $70 because they have more content. And of course Fox is trying to get as much money out of each of these DVDs, and a lot of fans of the X-Files would pay a lot...

I could get X-Files seaosn 4 and Alias season 1 to finish off my sets of those..matters how much they are at Media Play. They can be quite pricey.

:(
Problem is Suncoast, at least here in Cali is already 25% higher than Best Buy, so the savings is minimal.
the funny thing is that they are owned by the same people

Friends seasons retail for most than 30. Saved by the Bell is a decent show, but the College Years sucked IMO. Pass on those.

Media Play is having the same deal... My dad managed to get BB to match somehow... so he got 25 percent off Columbo and Law + Order Season 2 GANGSTA

i would gladly pay 100 dollars for 24...totally worth it in my book..but the price they cost is just an added bonus for me!

season 2 diskset is like 1054 mins i think

Best Buy sold Musicland over a year ago. The only thing they own of Musicland is their distribution center.
