personally, i'd recommend meritline. they have free shipping and their regular price for some of their memory cards are cheaper than this shipped.

woot's always super cheap, and three 2 gig SD cards for 25.95 shipped? you can't beat that.

Dane Elec makes pretty solid memory modules for PC. I'd venture to say that their SD cards would be pretty good quality.
