it is A 3 DAY SALE FROM WED 5/18- SAT.5/21 in a flyer when you 1st walk in, it says the the coupon does NOT apply to sale items ,but you could try anyway. Also says 1 item and coupon per family.

anyone have any suggestions? I saw bomberman gba for 9.xx so 6.xx after coupon. Also saw a harry potter gb color - was working or i would have had them scan it. thanks op!
oh, don't they have some cheap ps1 games? anyone have a list? we could really clean up with this sale!

I wish I knew about the coupon last week, because I would have waited a few days to get SNK vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos.

Anyway, since the Meijer on St. Rd. 14 was out of Metal Slug 3 long ago, I decided to travel to the NE side to the Meijer on Maysville Rd. and found one copy left of Metal Slug 3. The price said $39.99, but I asked for it to be scanned and it rang up at $19.99. I used the $3 and ended up paying $18.01 after tax. I might go back to another Meijer and get Metal Slug Advance for the same price, since it's $19.99.
 
Thanks OP, I was able to pick up a KOF: Maximum Impact for about $7.50 after tax. I'm going to have to check another Meijer tonight to see if I can find a SVC Chaos.

And does anybody think it's strange that this is a 3 day sale that runs Wednesday to Saturday? According to my calender here at work, it says that this week we have a Thursday and a Friday between Wednesday and Saturday.

Chances are it's mis-marked (common for Meijer), so definitely have them ring it up. It dropped to $10 a while back, then it went back to $30 (at which point I was still able to scam three copies for $10 each since they hadn't updated the price tags). Now it apparently scans at $10 again before the coupon, as Shipwreck confirmed above.

As with any Meijer deal, it's YMMV. But in this case, I think there's a very good chance that it'll scan at $10.

I saw it priced for $48 still, despite another location marking it down to $9.99. I had them scan Metal Slug 3, since it said $39.99, and it rang up as $19.99. I see prices that aren't changed all the time, so check, although you'll probably have to wait a while to get the check (since no one is ever by the games at Meijer).
 
Just got SvC:Chaos for $7. They had 1 left and a copy of Metal Slug 3 as well. I'd pick them up for someone but I am hurting on fundage right now. Sorry. Thanks OP though!
 
I needed to pick up some batteries for my camera, so I decided to go down to Meijer and see what they had. Nothing really good at my store. No KoF and no Metal Slug. I remembered seeing Guardian Heroes GBA there a couple weeks ago, but no luck for that one either. However I did notice this store (Maumee, OH) had a few cheap priced Playstation One games for $2:

I ended up grabbing Eternal Eyes and the three pack, and I got the entire $3.00 coupon off. So I got 4 PSX games for $1. :) I just wish they had some better games for that cheap. The cashier even commented that I got a good deal.

They still had a few marked $9.99 like Stuart Little 2, Syphon Filter 3 and Final Fantasy VII, but I wasn't interested in those so I didn't price check them.

For $7, it's a good deal if you like fighting games. And if you end up not liking it, it still trades in for $25 at Blockbuster/Gamerush.

Picked up SVC Chaos last night for $7. I also noticed that Tales of Symphonia is $20 now at Meijer. Not sure if anyone mentioned that yet or not. So $17 after coupon has to be the best B&M deal currently going for that game.

Coupon expires today so get out there and use it.

hmm... :whistle2:k a 3 day sale from Wednesday to Saturday yes, makes sense. Unless of course the deal started Wednesday at midnight or ended at midnight on Friday (technically Saturday)
