3 Used Blus for $21 at GoHastings (including Boxsets!)
I wish you guys would quit complaining about stupid shit. No slipcover on a used copy of a title? Really? That's as bad as the dude whining about the digital copy code not working on a used title. I think Hastings' customer support is being a little too nice. I bet people calling them up and bitching that the Disney Movie Rewards code has already been redeemed inside their used Disney Blu-rays will be next.

That guy who was missing the actual Blu-ray disc in the title he received had a valid complaint, however.
Seriously... Who wants slip covers anyways?! I throw those things away the seconds I take the blu ray out, waste of space and paper IMO.
Wouldn't it be the opposite? Useless on cheaper titles because shipping negates the 20% savings? Thanks for reporting the FB post, it could come in handy!
Blu-rays under $7 would get a better discount with a 20% off sale (which still amounts to not much more than discounted shipping) than no discount on the 3/$21 sale. I might have been exaggerating a bit when I said that 20% would be decent for cheaper titles. If it ends up being 30-40% then were talking, but I doubt it will be that good.

I'm just looking forward to reading all the complaints from people expecting to get 70-80% off boxsets again.

Wow, awesome man

Better watch out, you are about to get told off for hoarding and bragging (neither of which you are doing mind you, well maybe bragging but that's fine) :p

Very late to the party in posting, but just wondering, so if you order 3 items and it adds up to $21 ($7 each item) and they cancel one item and ship the rest, do you only pay the $7 for each item that didn't get cancelled?

Anyone get any of the first 3 seasons of dexter they want to sell or trade me? I got season 4 and now I want to finish the series up.

I just meant that if you ONLY have a 20% off code to work with, it makes less sense to go for cheaper items. When that happens I go for the more expensive items, then just wait for a free shipping code to shop for the cheap CDs and stuff.

I got my movies in today. This is my first time ordering with them, and I got mixed results.

Hall pass combo - didn't have slipcover (guess I'm one of the few that actually like them) and has some scratches on the plastic of the cover and one puncture on the back cover, plus it didn't come with the digital copy code, but I don't use them anyway so that's fine.

Just go with it - looks as good as new, no complaints.

Cedar Rapids - some residue on plastic on cover, digital copy disc is insanely scratched up, but did come with digital copy code, looks like its already been redeemed though.

Placed another order with stuff that apparently became available for sale again - this time got 3 things i actually want so can't get stuck with filler this time around.

Came late to the party on this one also. As I am sure has been noted, shipping kind of kills the deal unless your cart is stocked with the more expensive titles - I had nine titles in my cart and they were charging over $20 for shipping! Deleted the least expensive 6, came away with True Grit (2010), Incredibles, and Kung Fu Panda for $27. Not bad. Wish I checked it out in time to grab a boxset or two though.

EDIT: Never mind, they cancelled Panda and Incredibles. Oh well.

But all 3 things canceled a few hours later.

My orders are almost all fulfilled, but looks like I won't get the rest of it until Monday at the least.

Still one item in progress for some reason, which is weird since it's been a week and not canceled or anything, so we'll see.

No slipcover on The Incredibles, but at least all the discs were included, so meh.

Is there some kind of limit on teh code BLACKJACK now? I try to order die hard collection, X-Men Trilogy Pack and robocop triolgy. The code the discount is not showing

It was supposed to be the one that came with The Pacific Sampler, but can't complain. Band of Brothers alone is still pretty good for that price.

The lack of keeping their website inventory up to date sucks. i made a order and 2/3 of it was canceled so i called them up and had them cancel the last movie. not to mention it seems to aggravate A LOT of people. To top that off you also have people buying like 10 qty of the boxsets and turning right back around and selling them for a profit or trading them in for more .....

Code's not applying to Die Hard Collection, Lost S4-S5. Did it stop working altogether? (And no, I didn't read the 10 pages of thread)

Did anyone who actually got shipment notifications of The Town and The Lincoln Lawyer get the correct versions? I got single disc versions on both.

Ordered The Incredibles, The Other Woman, and Wall Street earlier today and just got an email saying they canceled Incredibles cause it's out of stock. I'll probably just call them on Monday to cancel the whole order cause that's the only one I really wanted.

I got the single disc version of The Town as well. Assholes...I'm gonna call them up later...

Disappointed that Vampire Diaries is slipcoverless, but at least all complete ang in good condition.

And if anyone else who ordered this that did receive their slipcover and don't want it, I'll gladly take it. :3
You mean this that I got in the mail 2 days ago?

Thanks for the pic, ya' hoarding braggart!

Mine only has the 2 Blu-rays inside, no DVD/Digital copy, but I only wanted this for one reason: to see the extended cut which was only released in the super-combo pack.

I would have been jealous if you got the shiny slipcover with yours.

Here's a pic of the Sucker Punch they sent me. I've been told the Theatrical Version cut out all of the black people in the film (due to cursing?)

Spartacus: B&S, Breaking Bad s3, and Rocky Undisputed Collection all came in good to great condition. Human Planet even arrived sealed.

Still waiting on The Pacific and Walking Dead s1

Well i got 2 of my 3 movies today one case has a broken clasp so the bottom half the case wont stay shut and the other one has sticky crap all over the front of it. not real impressed so far.

The Other Woman and Wall Street came in today. TOW was a previous rental but the case and disc look brand new (except for the rental sticker on top of the disc). Wall Street was brand new sealed.

Worst case scenario is you mail it back with their free shipping label... best case you end up with blu-rays in some busted cases for free.
