too bad newegg has the worst TV return policy ever. They expect you to get the UPS guy to stay there while you unpack and hook up the TV. then if it doesn't work, you would need to repack it and send it back with him.
when I got my TV delivered, I told the UPS guy about this (knowing he wouldn't go for it) and he just laughed and said "yeah, right."
I got an Olevia 527v from them, it's a 27in, and it was great at HD (though there was some very slight ghosting) and it was worse than my 16 year old tube TV at SD. so no DVDs, no regular tv (besides animated shows), and no non-hd video games looked good on it. backgrounds and moving images blurred like crazy. LCDs already aren't supposed to look the best in SD, but the 527v has an inherently messed up chip set so SD looks extra bad-- heavy ghosting, constant "snow" in the background, very drab colors etc. Needless to say, I sold it off right away. This problem isn't on the 232v, but it seems like Olevias always get a lot of mixed reviews on AVS.
Do yourself a favor and heavily research your purchase before you jump into it. don't go by a few user reviews on the web, go to AVS and read everything you can on it, because people there really break down the pros and cons.
the reviews on the 232v are kinda mixed at AVS--

I'm with Chacrana (who warned me before I got my Olevia)--save up a few more bucks or wait until other brands drop in price.
