360 Analog stick covers?

Are there any replacement analog sticks or covers for the analog sticks for 360 controllers? Both of my controllers have some giant mark dug into them from a friend's nails or something and it bothers me when I play with it and feel the mark.

There are these covers called Grip-It, I use them on my PS3 and Xbox and like them more than having nothing at all. Great thing too is that they are only $5.

Love my grip-its. They've held up perfectly the entire time I've had them (1 year+?), They're much better than the Gel Tabz they used to sell at Gamestop.

I would also suggest getting these for your "guests" before you install your Grip-its.
