360 for PS3 game swap?

My colleague bought me Black Ops 2 (thinking it was Ghosts but w/e)  for 360, but I'd rather have it for PS3.  The guy threw out the receipt like an idiot (a nice idiot, but still).  Could I swap it for BLOP2 at a place like Walmart (its still unopened) without the receipt?  And what are the chances I could swap it for Ghosts, since they are still the same price online?

You'll have to talk to Walmart. My guess is they might let you swap it for a PS3 copy, but that it might be harder to swap it for Ghosts.

Where did your idiot friend buy this game that they can't look up the receipt off of his credit card?

Also, what you're proposing is return fraud, since you'd be returning a game to a store you didn't buy it from.  And before anyone starts claiming that Walmart does allow it, it's for customers that legitimately bought something from them and lost the receipt.
