360 Hard Drive Question

So a couple days ago I purchased Battlefield 3 for my 360 slim 4gig model. When I tried to install the hd patch it said it only works on a hard drive, and I know that the slim 4gb is only flash memory. So being the cheap ass gamer I am I don't feel like shelling out 100 bucks for a 250gb hard drive. Will buying http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-list...?ie=UTF8&qid=1327439229&sr=8-3&condition=used and putting it into http://www.amazon.com/Hard-Disk-Drive-Case-Enclosure-Included/dp/B004YV9TSA/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top work for my 360 so I can install the HD patch?

So do I just take the hard drive I buy on amazon, and put it into the case from amazon and plug it into the hard drive slot?

If you can unscrew a screw, you can do it. You'll probably need to buy a Torx t6 and t10, but other than this it is super easy to do. BTW, Home Depot sells a torx set for $6 that has the bits you need.
