I have bought from them and i had no problems and it took 8 days to get my package. But its was free so i cant complain. BTW most of there stuff are refurbished or come out of the box.

How do you know it's eligible for 5 free?
It might come in a plain box, refurbed, with no UPC.

You are right, I don't. I don't see anything on there stating it's a refurb, and if you got the package without the UPC you'd need for the 5 free, I think you would be well within your right to return it should you want.
