360 HDD - Where's the rest of the space?

I deleted most of the junk that came with the HDD, but I'm still showing only 13Gb free. The usage bar is down to next to nothing, so I'm wondering if somehow this is only a 15Gb drive or something? Out of the box it only showed 11Gb free - anyone else getting the same thing?

its partitioned away for emulation, firmware, game updates, stuff like that

The rest is reserved for system use - much like the harddrive on the original XBOX

Found that thread after putting in this one - sorry for the double post.
They really should advise you that you're not getting 20GB usable though.
