Hey all,

So I have a problem with my 360. When I simply plug it in, my wireless connection on my pc immediately dies. This is a refurbed 360 that I just got back after a RROD, but I'm pretty sure its a falcon, the same chipset as my old 360. Also, the wireless adapter on my xbox is unable to connect even though there is a green light on the adapter itself...

Has anyone had a similar problem with their 360 killing wireless connections or is this a freak wireless destroying xbox?

What do you mean by "plug it in"? Are you talking about plugging it in with an Ethernet cable, or just plugging it into AC power?

Everytime a new wireless signal is introduced to the area, it slowly degrades the existing performance. It's possible this could be the threshhold between a working signal and a non working signal on the PC.

Or also, signs of a dieing router. Sometimes they will accept less and less wireless clients, eventually it won't accept wireless connections period. I'd replace the router first.
