[quote name='The Crotch']Nintendo's willingness to replace things (defective Wiis, Wii Sports that have been scratched up by the case, stuck Zeldas, and thin remote straps) is certainly commendable, but that is beside the point. It is defects in the first place that I was referring to, and the Wii had them. I have no numbers whatsoever, but based on these boards at least, a fairly significant chunk of launch-day buyers had malfunctioning Wiis. Just do a search of the Wii board for the word "artifacting".

My point is that the number of defects is probably low I don't have any numbers eithere but I would be suprised if it was over 3%. Also wasn't it problem with ATI's cards not the parts manufactured by nintendo?
Back on topic I still think the 360 will have a price drop, even if they didn't say so at E3 (E3 dosn't seem to be as big this year imo) I don't think they would pass on a chance to run sony out of the market for a couple of hundrend million dollars with all the billions they have spent to get there current market share.
