360 Service Contract

I'm thinking about the option for signing up for MS' extended 2-year contract.
I do have a question. It says that the cost is $59.99 but there is also an option called:

"I'd rather delay payment by charging $49.99 to my credit card"

The other option is that if you use a check or money order, it costs $59.99.

Does this mean that if I use my credit card, the charge would be $49.99?

Anyone done this before?

Yeah, I saw that too, but I couldn't find any information ANYWHERE that clarified that mess. So I gave em a check, I'm kinda PO'ed that they would put "delay payment" if using a CC. If anything, a CC should be the faster method of transaction.

So all in all M$ hit me up for another $10. I just chalk it up to ALL ;) the R&D they have to do to develop an extended warranty for the Next Gen console. *lol*
 
WTF!? I sent it with a CC number and I got charged $59.99

I dont rememember seeing an option for $49.99. Is your 360 post xmas?
 
I bought my 360 yesterday.

Well, a call to 1-800-4MY-XBOX yielded no answers. They have no clue that there is a discrepency in the prices on their forms. They keep telling me that it is $59.90.

Oh well.
