Anyone know where I can find the battery pack/cover for the back of a 360 wireless controller? The little button on the top of one of mine is broken, and it's driving me crazy. I just need the kind that lets you put in AA batteries -- not the rechargable one or anything.

EB/GS apparently don't sell these, so does anyone know where I could order one very cheap? I'm hoping not to pay much more than a few bucks for one of these.

Yeah, but I really don't mind using the AA's and I know I can get the replacement AA battery pack for much cheaper than I can get the kit.

i have a couple of the black ones. but i would recommend just buying the rechargable batterys. cheaper in the long run

Thought about calling MS and see if they'll send you two of them, if you mention that the ones you have don't work anymore?

I'm betting the only place you'll find them besides from another CAG will be from MS.

and better for the environment . . . . and a great deal less frustrating. I have some white ones but they're right buy the rechargeables. PM me if you want one.

Also, MS just upped the warranty on 360 to 3 years, ask them for new ones.

I tried that and the CSR told me I was SOL as they don't have them to give away or even sell. Of course, YMMV with CSR's so maybe it's worth another shot.

IMHO, not over $10 shipped like they want on ebay & damn near all are from foreign sellers. No thanks.

$5 shipped sounds more resonable to me considering you can get recharger packs for around $10.

Yeah, MS was no help at all. They told me that they're not concerned with small parts and already have a large order volume for systems, so they can't be bothered with replacements for things like this. I just wish they had a little online parts store like Nintendo's.

And yeah, I don't think they're "worth" much of anything. I'm not looking to pay more than a few bucks for one.
