I just got a slightly better one for $449 after rebate at radioshack as a backup comp for college. It has similar specs except a 120 gig 7200rpm, dual layer dvd burner, little video chat camera and 15 inch screen. It is still a very good deal though!

That is a good deal. I work in the computer dept at BB and we had a Compaq for $380 last week that was a piece of sh*t. Acer makes good computers, I'd recommend this for anyone who needs a basic laptop for internet or word processing and basic stuff. Good pc for the price.
