3DS $169 Costco & Nintendogs + Cats $10.97 [Canada]
Will Best Buy / Futureshop price match CostCo, given membership status a requirement and everything?
Probably not, even if you have a membership. Stores are assholes that way.

An idea for non-Costco people:

Buy the 3DS at Best Buy or Future Shop or a place that allows you to come in after a price drop if you've purchased within x number of days and get the lower price. That way you get the bonus games and the better (better, but still not good) price.
Ooh, Nintendogs for $30? Tempting... I live right down the road from the Merivale Rd. location.
It was on sale for $20 last month at FS; I wouldn't be surprised to see it at that price again in the next while.

Nintendogs + Cats is now $10.97 at the Kanata Costco. I put the 3 that were left in stock behind the Ghost Recon games on the top shelf.

I don't even own a 3DS but I bought that for my sons for later.

Kirby Epic Yarn Wii was $29.97.

I can confirm Nintendogs. Kitchener Costco had a few Golden Retrievers and a bunch of Toy Boxers for 10.97.

Also of interest is 3DS Lego Pirates of the Caribbean -- currently 18.97. I believe all Lego PotC games are $20 off.

And, since some of you reading this might be interested, PS3 Move controllers are again 34.95 and nav controllers are 14.95 until 8/14.

thanks, got my 3DS+zelda+nintendogs
but I'm not sure if it was worth it, after reading all the research done about damage done by 3d technology... if you deactivate it, is it completely 2D?, by that I mean the 3rd screen completely shut off?

I wouldn't let my son touch that because IT WILL damage sight of children under 7

Really, though? It's just understandably excessive caution by the movie and gaming industries (unless your son is under 4 years old)...

In any case, if you turn the 3D slider down all the way, the 3D effect is indeed completely disabled. This can be enforced with parental controls, if you so desire.

Bump. Super Monkey Ball 3D is 11.97 at Kitchener Costco. I passed on it (because I remember reviews saying that using the tilt with 3D was pretty much self-defeating), but it's still a deal.

They also restocked on the Game of Thrones book sets.
