I would say wait for a $10 price since this game felt like a tech demo and the 3d was not that great in it. It was co using your mini but that satisfaction wore off pretty quick for me.

I entirely disagree with the poster above. Pilotwings is definitely a full game, but it's more about trying for perfection and high scores than pure exploration. It has a nice clean look, and out of all of the launch titles it shows off 3D very well, especially when you're trying to judge distance on landing pads.

Definitely not a tech demo like Steel Diver. For $17 I'd recommend it.

I picked it up. I needed something for free shipping and this looks interesting. Now I have 2 games to play on my 3DS when I buy it.

It's a good game, but it's worth no more then $15 dollars.

And if you have fond memories of the SNES and 64 Pilotwings, then prepare to be extremely disappointed and let down.

I'll sell my new copies $20 shipped if nobody finds a second item to add on for SSS

of course I can't offer tracking unfortunately :(

edit: I'm assuming that shipping on amazon.ca's PW alone would be $5

The red 3DS is also $10 less than the aqua and black. $159.99

SSFIV is $25.49

$19.99
Super Monkey Ball
Bust a Move
Ridge Racer

Sims 3 $26.99

Ordered. Thanks for the heads up!

I love my 3DS but the $40 per game price tag is too much. $15 is the right price for the launch games.

I also picked up RE: Mercenaries this week for $15 (used) and again, I'm very happy but would have felt ripped off at $40.

I'm guessing they have a macro running that lowers the price a bit every time they sell a unit.

I'll add, I got my game next day (free shipping) and played it all weekend.

It's much better than I was anticipating and a steal at this price if you like Pilotwings games. IMO it's much better than the original and maybe even PW64 (and I love them both too).

My only complaint is that the 3D isn't well implemented in that they put your guy waaay out towards you, but you really need to look past him while flying, which creates a lot of eye strain and double images.

I also tend to wrench back and forth physically in tight turns - breaking the 3D illusion. :D

I set my slider to just barely 3D and it seems best. Some of the modes lets you fly first person, and this is much better.
