Something crappy is happening August 14, and I want to give myself a nice consolation present.  I'm upgrading from my launch 3DS to an XL.  I was hoping to find a deal, but I've missed all the good ones!

I saw the Fry's offer ($179.99) and got excited.  I don't have a Fry's, though (which I was originally happy about--no sales tax!), and alas, it's in-store only; no one here would price match it either since we have no Fry's in-state.

Guess I'm out of luck?  I know I should wait for a deal.  Wish Target was giving the $50 gift card with 3DS XL instead of Wii U!

You mean the $174.99 sale?  You just missed the BBY sale right before this.  There "may" be something coming up with the black console coming out.
