3DSXL trade in question

CAGiversary!
I have a couple questions about upgrading my 3ds to a 3ds XL. Do I have to tell them about the system transfer or would they already know that? The other question that I had was does it come with a charger? I've read some reviews saying that it did not come with one, while others said that it did. Which is true?
 
If you live in America, the XL will come with a charger. Not sure about the system transfer at GS but I am pretty sure they wont mind it.
 
It comes with a charger if you want to system transfer you need to find a wifi hotspot and transfer also if you don't bring your charger in with the 3DS you get hit with a $10 fee which sucked. I told them to take out the one in the 3DS XL but she said no.
 
Thanks for all of the replies. Hopefully everything goes smoothly tomorrow. It might help that the Gamestop is located in a mall that has a wi-fi connection.
 
Quick question, do I need to bring in the box that it came with or can I just bring in the system+charger?
