I just picked this game up for $4.99 at Best Buy. Everything is in great shape except for the disc itself. Is this a good deal or what? It seems that every used ps1 game at best buy goes for $4.99 and every "this-gen" game goes for $9.99.

I just came back from Best Buy. They had Chocobo's Dungeon 2 for $2.99. Used and complete. What are people, retarded? I have no doubt that I'll sooner or later find a Suikoden II. It's not like I'm even trying. I haven't been there since I grabbed Persona 1. I can't even imagine what I've missed in between.

Yeah, the hell, Best Buy selling used games?

And, you got a really good deal man. Its a hard to find PSX title that's also good. Be happy.
 
That's cool. I'll check my Best Buy to see if they started selling used games.

And for a side note Persona was extremly fun, but the load times it a real pain. Before and after you battle a 10 second long load screen comes up, plus the high encounter rate didn't help. Even though it says I've been playing for 60 hours, it felt like 100 hours.

Good deal. I paid much more. I've been playing it, it's pretty good. But the load times are bad, and the encounter rate can make a small dungeon take an hour or more. But being able to Contact demons rather than just kill them is pretty cool.

i doubt they are doing this at all BB cause half of the people working back there probally couldnt figure out if a game is New or used :beer:
 
I guess I need to actually start looking at the games they have used at my BB. Those are some nice prices. I usually takje a quick gander at the PS2 games and the best I have seen is Armored Core 2 for $9.99, but I rarely check the older games cause I assume they will have a bunch of old sports games that EB or GS wouldn't take. I have actually seen alot of NES games lately.

yeah...i noticed nes games this time...something called 3 eyes or something and a few others

i also noticed a few complete n64 games...mostly sports/driving

the weird thing about persona and chocobos dungeon was that they were both in front of the other games...all of the sports titles have been in the back
