hmm, not too much goodness, but the witch hunter robin collection falls to a great price $90- highly recommended

I just orderd Saber Marionette J - Ultimate Collection DVD Set (Hyb) (Limited Edition) for 46.67 after discount, the Blast coupon stacks with the 69.99 weekly discount price. 1400 minutes of Anime for 47 bucks not to bad just hope they don't try to slam me for 200 bucks with 33% off though. Don't think they can leagaly. heh been finding to much cheep Shoujo these past few days and it's usally not my Genre of choice.

I haven't taken advantaged of any of these special codes/deals, but I really like the fact that TRSI gives you the deal, then gives you an easy way to find everything that it applies to. Very cool.

SMJ complete, ~45 bucks? Tempting...I recall when that first came out, and seeing it on sale at Amazon for like 90 bucks and thinking that was a bargain.

Holy crap, Sailor Moon s2 went back up to 135? wow.

Hmm, the cart isn't doing the math right...
SMJ is 69.99.
- 40% should be 41.99 or so, but it's ringing up 46.67 plus shipping.
It's doing the 33.33% discount, not the correct 40% discount. Anyone else running into this?

That's odd, SMJ is a weekly special, so the coupon shouldn't be giving any discount.

Edit: It seems none of the weekly specials have the "not eligible for additional discounts" message. Normally, anything that's a weekly special can not be discounted by a coupon. They probably will fix this later today.

Maybe after your order processes you may want to email them and see if they can credit you back the difference. 5 bucks is 5 bucks, and that 5 bucks back will cover your shipping :)
But no, it's still not a bad deal at all.

I'm tempted, this is a series I keep looking at getting, but never get around to. But after some recent anime sales, and Christmas, and Fox S1 sales, I don't know when I'll get/make the time to watch it.
Oh, if its a weekly special and not supposed to get any discount, keep quiet and take what you can get ;)
hehe wasn't going to bug them over 5 given the circumstances.

Sometimes it takes a few hours for them to set that. So order it now while you can.

The highlights, IMHO:

Big O - $26.99
Big O II - $29.99
Blue Submarine No. 6 - $17.99
Escaflowne - $59.99
Jubei-Chan - $23.99
Love Hina (w/ LE box) - $89.94
Love Hina Movies - $35.99
Outlaw Star - $35.99
Scryed (w/ LE box & extras) - $109.94
Outlaw Star or Escaflowne...hmm they both look so good :(
And both are good ^_^. IMO it is .. but you could get Escaflowne at DDD for the same price and free shipping. =]

Thanks for the post OP. I've been permanently spoiled by the recent FYE 66% off madness, so 40% off doesn't seem like that great a deal. Otherwise, I'd consider Love Hina, Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop and Wolf's Rain.

Exactly, I still have some box sets to buy at FYE.

Complete Betterman for $71.94, Nirvanaguy.

The shipping charge goes by the undiscounted price, so it'd qualify for free shipping.

damn nice prices on those, how long do they usually take to ship if i do the cheapest shipping?

I didnt know they had betterman complete at rightstuff, all I saw there was the seperate dvds and Im more of a box set fan. Im still waiting to pick that up.

I wish the Geneon CD's would somehow be labeled as Bandai, it would sure make my day. I mean, Bandai did the Love Hina series, so it's only natural that the 3 domestic CD's for it should be considered Bandai and not Geneon, right? *sigh* Ok, I'm done dreaming now.
I'd love to get some stuff but I'm tapped out.
I can relate to that. I have been buying Anime liked a crazed fool latley.

Well they shipped my SMJ Set should get here on the 26th was figuring they would cancel it on me once they relized there mistake. Still waiting on NGE though.
Gundam 08 MS Team is about $11 a piece, Same goes for Gundam Wing.
Thats one sexy looking box set, Im tempted I truely am.

Rumor has it that the Ghost in the Shell Stand-Alone Complex is also included in the sale. They're not listed as a Bandai product but they are a joint production of Bandai and Manga Ent. Bandai also lists it on their website and are replacing glitched discs.

So, you could get GitS the Tv series for up to 46% off with GA membership.

Note that Volume One of the Special Edition is a Weekly Special and cannot receive further discounts. If it wasn't a weekly special it would actually be cheaper than $32 bucks with the coupon. But RS sometimes move products they don't want involved in the sale into the weekly special pool to specifically keep them from getting the discount. it's kinda dirty pool but what can you do.

Anyway, I'm going to call and place an order later and confirm that GitS is also on sale.

The president of Right Stuf already confirmed that it is not included in the sale. He posted this in the Anime on DVD forums.

SMJ Limited edition is up again on the website and it doesn't look like they have disabled the Bandai coupon for the item yet but it is back ordered now.

Edit: Well they just fixed it guess they are reacting faster now heh. Wonder how many people got it knocked down in price last week.

This weeks rightstuf specials look good so far.

They carried over the Heat Guy J four pack for $38. (Remember, you can also get the first three for $20 at BB. That's $58 for all seven DVD's.) And they added Hand Maid May for $30 and Lain for $30. Plus there's the ROD OVA Soundtrack for $10.

Combined with the Genon and Bandai couupons, I may be placing a large order this weekend.
