So, I got one of these today.. mine was $450 out the door, that's including tax and an optional $30 three year warranty. Btw, Trakan told me about this deal and he got one too. Trakan credits zewone and slickdeals. I found a thread about it on fatwallet.com. That's a lot of crediting huh?

So here's the deal. Olevia went out of business and this TV is on clearance. IF you can get the last floor copy, it'll be an extra 30% off. If you sign up for a Target Visa card, that's an extra 10% off. That's how I got mine so cheap. Here's an inventory checker.

Just giving the heads up, I was at a Target in Cincinnati Ohio and they had a 47" 1080p Olevia LCD tv for $898.

It was a steal of a price and was next to a Bravia, they both looked on par. I would've bought it but I was 4 hours away from home and driving a small honda civic.

Was that a sale price or was it on clearance?

It was on sale it said through Saturday (22nd)

I think you could apply for a Target card and get an additional 10% off. Bringing it down to around $800.

It was a sweet deal and for being 1080p probably the best price you will find on a pretty solid brand.

But they also had it sitting next to a 52" which made it look ridiculously smaller for only a 5 inch difference. Which is another reason I didn't bite because I got my eye on a 50 inch.
