They are a very reputable company, you don't have to worry about receiving your case, if you really want to cancel right now go ahead and do it. As long as you have confirmation that you purchase the game you are good to go.
Just wait till they send you the confirmation email saying they have shipped the case. If you cancel before then there could be a mix up since they will have deleted your info. It will only take a day or two to get the email.

I think there service has gone down the tubes the past two years. I can't get a new release anymore but I think that it's because too many people use gamefly now so what can you do!!!
I got Quake wars in my top Q and they didnt send it out and it's on low availbilty.
