Bleh, my Pandora TOOL battery was defective & wouldn't boot my PSP into service mode so I have to pass up on this. Already have 2 & 8 GB sticks laying around anyway but this is still a great deal :)
 
I got one of these a few months ago for a few dollars more, but now I need one with an adapter for a gift and of course that's OOS.

Thanks OP I didn't make it to Office Depot today. You can make this deal better. Buy.com has an Ebay store with the same prices so you can get 30% MS cashback. For those unfamiliar-

Enroll in the cashback program.
Search for the specific item on Live.com
In the Sponsored Sites section at the top of the results page click on the "Live Search Cashback" link at the eBay.com result.
Locate the item in the eBay "Buy it Now" results. (4 GB stick is Item 150298050691)
Proceed with the transaction, i.e., "Buy it Now"
The "Microsoft Cashback 30%" green icon should appear.
Continue to complete the transaction.

Just got the 4 GB stick for $11.89 (got $5.10 cashback)
