I signed up and looked around and found this coupon on the Releases page, over on the right side. Coupon below is straight from the website, but I'm unsure of how big it should be when printed or if that's the correct size, it can be printed right from the website as many times as needed.
The list is not included on the coupon on the site, and in fine print is has limit 5 uses per guest.
