I don't know how many of you have heard of Animoto.com but the site is great for making slideshows. I just recently went ahead and made a couple for a major event at school and for my sister's baby shower as well. One of my photographer buddies use it all the time as well.
- You can make videos up to 30 seconds in length with a free membership.
- An "All-access" membership is $30/year and you can make unlimited full-length videos -- my referral code gets you $5 off (down to $25). You can upgrade the video quality to DVD quality for $5 per video (I do this for each video when I'm happy with it).
- A "pro" account is $249/year and includes unlimited dvd quality and no branding at the end of the slideshow. you get 1 free month with my referral code.
FYI tip for those who use free membership and all access (I'm all access) -- add a black image as the last image in your slideshow and then that gives you time to cut before branding.
