I was just at Future Shop doing an exchange and they were clearing out open box and clearance items, including a few copies of the WaW special edition for $49.99, pretty good deal if anyone was looking for it.
Obvious YMMV as it's going to depend on which stores have it, but I was at the Calgary one by Ikea and they had 2 copies for the 360.
