50 Free Mp3s from Universal/National guard
Be warned - I signed up for the free DVD from Navy, and a recruiter came to my door.
That is why you give a fake address and phone # (for the mp3's at least!)

Why would you want a DVD from the Navy? Just watch the military channel

No, that's why I gave them my brother's info. :D

ZOMG... I want to this but I don't cuz I'm worried about being recruited. I have too much in my future to get it messed up by getting recruited as soon as I finish high school...
I would, but IP address searches could probably be instated...
You can take off your tin-foil hat. As of this writing, there is no draft in effect for the US.

Got 500 credits and the site blocked me out from making any more. Kept saying the email address had already been used no matter what I put, lol.

Why do you need 500 credits? damn!

By the way, new albums have been added including the new album from Blue October, Chris Cornell, U2, Sum 41, Razorlight, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and others. fucking awesome!

Question -> Answer? ;)

Man this is awesome, this is what I've downloaded so far:

AFI (Entire Catalog)
CKY Infiltrate.Destroy.Rebuild
Johnny Cash The Man Comes Around
Nirvana MTV Unplugged
No Doubt Self Titled and The Singles Collection
The Killers Hot Fuss

And I still have lots more downloading to do!
Codes stack so you can keep submitting.
Not only that, you can just hit the back button on the code page, change the E-mail address, and resubmit to get a new code.

Thanks Pooky. I'm starting at a meager 200 points. DL'd any missing Jack Johnson albums from my collection.

I've never heard of Amplified.com (the mirror that this site seems to get it's music from), but they have an odd selection of music. I'm actually stumped trying to find anything now. Not even a single Copeland album? I'll assume anything from Tooth & Nail, SolidState, or Facedown are going to be MIA...

Latest for me:

Blue October - entire catalog
Portishead - entire catalog
Thrice - Red Sky EP (expensive import)
Imogen Heap - I Megaphone
Weezer - Christmas & Red Album
The Rocket Summer - Do You Feel?
Yeah Yeah Yeahs - It's Blitz! (stupid "artist of the week" pic staring at me)
Chris Cornell - Scream
Anberlin - New Surrender (meh, they have Anberlin but no Emery???)
Peter Gabriel - Down to Earth single from Wall-E

358 credits left to redeem :)

This thread should definitely be kept alive, the credits are golden until 8/31/09.

Just joined and I've already got 500 credits but I think that's the limit because I can't get anymore codes.

Don't forget to get Gavin Rossdale, Bush, Rolling Stones (entire MASSIVE catalog) and U2(MASSIVE, MASSIVE catalog)

Well, I just signed up. The selection isn't all that great, but free is free so I'm excited. I just hope they don't come to my home.

No Metallica, no Slipknot, no Black Sabbath, no Ozzy! WTF! At least I got to grab some Rush, Primus, and Rebel Meets Rebel. Hell, I even got "Achy Breaky Heart" just for laughs.

Just bumping this thread.

I just can't find the catch. No sign-up limits? The possibility of a phone call?

Well, I hope they enjoy calling my 60 year old great aunt.

They'd probably call or try and get a recruit out to you, but a spam email account/fake phone number and you're good.

Bump

The catch is there's a subliminal mantra "sell your soul to Uncle Sam" repeated throughout every MP3 you download.

Nevermind. It's working, but now whenever I try logging in, I get this fraud warning, and I have to type my username and password again, and confirm my password. Weird, but this is still a hell of a deal. I wonder though, how are artists being compensated?
Also, I really hope they add more recent Michael Jackson music. I love the Jackson 5 stuff, but still.

No thanks, not giving them any information about me.

3 weeks from now you'll have men knocking on your door ready to take you away to training!

It works. I kinda feel bad for ripping off the army though......

I'm over it now.
