50 % off ps3, xbx360, wii titles at best buy (ymmv)

Just got back from Best buy in Lewisville, TX.

They got games with green circle tags that are 50 % off of the price (store manager pointed them out to me when i was browsing thru the games).

Below are the games I recalled.

:ps3: PS3 Games
- Def Jame Icon ($59.99 reg; now $30)
- Genji ($59.99 reg; now $30)
- Homecourt Street ($59.99 reg; now $30)
- Tony Hawk Project 8 ($59.99 reg; now $30)

:360: Xbox 360 Games
- DOA Xtreme 2 ($49.99 reg; now $25)
- WWE Smackdown ($49.99 reg; now $25)

:wii: Wii Games
- Tony Hawk Downhill Jam ($39.99 reg; now $20)

Superman (360) and Splinter Cell Double Agent Collector's Edition was 50% off at my local Worst Buy, coming out at $19.99 each after clearance.
 
I started reading and I got excited because I am 20 min away from Lewisville... but nothing good for me...

Vero (Florida) BestBuy had Genji/Virtua Fighter for the PS3 and a few older GameCube games @ 30% off last weekend.

I guess I will rephrase my question then:

Has anyone else seen these games at these prices? I understand the author considers the deal "ymmv", however, I am wondering if this deal is soon to be in the BB computers nationwide. In my area, I usually don't see many BB deals that are "ymmv".

YMMV deals usually mean that it's at that stores discretion to mark it down. It's rare that it'll ever hit nation wide.
 
In Wdsm, Ia we had the same clearance. Saw Genji, college hoops 2k7 ps3. Pimp my ride, smackdown, superman call of duty 3 360. mvp 07, scarface, teen titans for ps2 castlenvania ds
