I stopped in a K-Mart today because they had another 2-day sale going on. It didn't look like the 2-day sale included any video games this time, but the clerk told me they would be having their 50% off sale again this weekend. So, I'm guessing this will include all the usual suspects from previous K-Mart sales.

My Kmarts also had bunch of Dual Masters, KOF, Bloodrayne 2, and Megaman X8. They also had a few Rumble Roses. LMK if anyone wants me to try and pick them up. Has anyone found anything new with the sale today? If not, I likely won't make another trip unless another CAG wants something.

My buddy picked up Megaman X8 for $10 and Shadow Hearts: Covenant (Only one, damn it!) for $15.

They had a bunch of other titles as well, but nothing truly impressive. Devil May Cry was $50!!!

I did see one RPG that looked cartoonish/anime by Konami about a samurai. I think it had some sort of Japanese name.......

Anyway, I gotz the hook up, and I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one. Alas, I'm not a true CAG as I paid full-price for NBA Street: Showdown for PSP, but I've been waiting for that one for a long time before it even hit the shelves..... I couldn't resist :(
 
I am looking for a new copy of .hack Outbreak! Can anyone hook me up? It is $10 in this sale and I haven't been able to find a copy. Your help would be much appreciated.
 
How do I know which games are part of the sale and which aren't, other than this thread?

Are they all in a general location or bin in the back near the video games, or are they on the shelf with the other games and you just have to know the price?

Really interested in trying to get Megaman X8...

I'm not a big fan of K-Mart, so I'd like to just get in and get out... the few times I've been it's taken FOREVER to get someone to open that cabinet, so if the games are in a bin that would be rocking.

i can confirm - i went there last night, and got the flyer...it says exactly what you wrote up top - "20-50% off discontinued video games"...at the top of the flyer it says "Take 2 Sale 4/26 & 4/27"

i had the CSR scan some of the games in the OP, and they came up at the prices everyone's been mentioning. no more VJ2's for me though :whistle2:(

You have to look really carefully.

I just went to a local one, and searched for roughly 5-10 minutes before I found a plastic bin at the bottom of the sealed case, with a tag that said "20-50% off all discontinued games".

Took me another 15 mins to find someone to even open the case, and scored Megaman X8 for 10 bucks.

There was also a ton of games on the shelf that I noticed on here were marked down, notably Metal Slug Advance and Castlevania, which I left.

Lots of Rumble Roses on the shelf, too. This was in Saint Petersburg, FL. Employee here also told me the sale ended today, then these games get put back on the shelf for normal price.
 
The sale is going on at the Kmarts around me. Nothing really new, just the same one from the weekend.

I did pick up another copy of The Fairly Odd Parents: Shadow Showdown GC for $10 though. It didn't really get a great rating, but at least if it completely sucks it's worth $19.50 at FYE.
 
I got NBA Ballers and Mega Man X8 (both PS2) for $10 each last night. I got the guy to scan Pokemon Colosseum, Transformers (which was $25) and the Xbox version of Ballers and none of them were on sale. I'll probably regret paying $10 for Ballers but I am a big NBA Jam fan...
 
I got a MP4/Wavebird bundle for 35 at a Kmart in Nashville (They had another, as well as many of the other games listed here but nothing that exciting besides a few Thief for 15 and two more VJ2 for 10.)

Does anyone want the MP4/Wavebird bundle? I don't really have much use for it but I figured someone on here might. Send me a message if so.
 
I went to K-Mart but aliens abuducted the employees or something because no one was working electronics. I asked customer service to have someone get something out the window for me and ended up waiting 20 minutes before leaving in disgust.


They had plenty of Metroid/Wavebird combos but little else apparently.
 
Is there any new items/anything particularily different this time around in the Kmart sale that they would have another right after they had one over the weekend?

If not, then I know just about what left at my Kmart and most of it I already have/don't want.

That's how it was with me... waited for 20 minutes before I got someone to open that damn case.

Amazingly though K-Mart is the only store to have every PSP title in stock, and every dvd box set ever made.
 
Went back, returned Rocky Legends, Duel Masters and KOF.

I looked for TMNT2 and Bloodrayne 2 XB but they didn't have them (someone PMd me asking to look for them).

I did pick-up for myself:

Shaman King: Power of spirit PS2 $15
Mario Golf Advance Tour GBA $15

Probably not the best prices, but I have been wanting to try these.
 
I went to my local kmart and they finally have viewtiful joe 2 but its back to its original price of $20. Is theirs another sale coming up soon?
