Man, that is an amazing price, does anyone know if the PSP is compatible with PRO memory sticks? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure it is compatible with only PRO DUO.

Go figure. I just paid $53 + tax for a 256mb card today. This offer is too good to pass up though, so I'm selling it and getting this one. Thanks for the tip!

Hesitant, but I'm in for one. I'll upgrade to 1.0 next sale, but until then I'll put really crappily encoded video files on this un. Heh.

So is this a really great price? or just a little cheaper than usual? I want to get one for PSP, but never check the price on these.

The cheapest one I've seen is $80 at CC with a $8 MIR. So yeah, it's a pretty good price.

Memory card for PSP has to be DUO. The PRO or not is for speed, as PRO model is faster read/write speed than the non-Pro. So, it will work with Memory Stick Duo, and Memory Stick Pro Duo. The 'pro' model usually costs more, but not by much.

And, true, that is a good deal at Amazon.

I was going to go for this memory card, but after reading the comments at Amazon about it not working for some people on a PSP, I turned to the $80 Sony brand one. Besides, I really wanted the memory stick adapter that comes with the Sony one. That way I can skip the USB cable for the PSP, and just use the memory card reader on my PC (can read MS, but not MS Duo).

I was going to buy it, but right before I want to checkout, another post came up with $59.99 Sony Official version. So I guess this isn't that great of a deal everyone is saying.

The Outpost.com one is backordered (not to mention that it was 71.74 with shipping before rebate).

EDIT: Note that I was charged sales tax so might be cheaper at Outpost if you aren't in a state where they charge tax.

The SanDisk or the Sony from Amazon (with rebate) is the best deal I have seen.

My order shipped and according to UPS it should arrive Monday 9th. Atleast they have it in stock. Only thing that sucks about Outpost is they tax you if you're in CA and shipping is outrageous.

These cards definitely work on the PSP. They also DO come with the Memory Stick Adapter. I bought two of these babies a while ago, and I love them. Now I just need to buy a 1G stick, then I'll sell one of my 512s. I have to keep the other one for my Sony digicam!

I got this card from Office Depot for 59.99 (after rebate) a few weeks before the PSP launch.

59.99 or lower is considered a good price for this item in the current market.

I also got a 1 gig Pro Duo from Buy.com for 124.00. I ordered it Jan. 28, and I received it April 6th. Go figure. Heck, at least I got it.

Thanks omegaweapon7 for bumping this. I finally caved in and bought this bad boy. Knowing my luck the 1 gig will be in stock next week.

lol well that sucks, wouldve liked to have saved 3 bucks, mine shipped yesterday I think

My 1gig pro duo from bananapc shipped today too

1.5 gigs of pro duo fun coming

my logitech playgear case came today, what a great week this gonna be

Even though I shouldn't have, I just couldn't resist. I had to pick one up. Thanks Cheapy... although my bank account hates your guts. :D

Got my memory card today. Took forever to process but 3 days to ship with the free shipping. Im realizing that 512 isn't enough for me. The 1 gb probably wouldn't be enough either. But I'm going to wait a while till the 2 gb are cheaper and maybe by then the 4 gb will be out.
