The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia is a messed up one. You start out thinking its a comedy mockumentary, but then quickly realize they're real people. Then you just get depressed.

I lived in Missouri for quite a while. 8 out of the 8 people living on your block has a meth lab and if you added all of their teeth together you wouldn't have enough to fill a single human jaw. The movie was kind of funny to begin with due to the ridiculousness of it all, but it gets kind of serious near the end.
