A good messenger bag for cheap?

I'm going to visit a friend of mine and need some type of messenger bag to store a hoodie, a bottle of water, my camera, iPod charger and maybe a book. I have been having a hard time finding any that aren't small like a purse or a child's bookbag.

I'm looking to spend around $25. I have seen some on Amazon for like $20-$25, but I'm not sure if they will get here in time.

I think Hot Topic/FYE/Sam Goodies sell some game/anime/animation ones, but they're like $30.

You can probably find one cheaper if it's unlicensed.

It'll be too late, but I found a nice swiss gear one at Target for $10(75%) last year when they clearanced out school gear.

If you have any Ross/Marshalls/TJMaxxs around you, I've seen some nice, cheap ones there. If I remember right, I've even seen some Swiss Army ones for less than 30.

got a nearly new Timbuk2 messenger bag at a thrift store recently for $4.... theyre about $100 new. so thrift stores are my new best friend!

If I ever need a new messenger bag I'll prob get one of the "Jack Bauer Bags". I'm just a sucker for stuff I see on TV shows I like.

Yes I found a few nice ones from Burlington Coat Factory and bought a army green one I really like.

I'm actually still on vacation because of the flooding from the hurricane.

It's flimsy/thin.
It's only connected by a small Velcro strap in the middle.
There's no pockets/dividers.
It's tiny and could be mistaken as a purse on anybody that's 5'10" or taller.

I'm getting that bag just because it's cool merchandise and there isn't anything decent on the site (and I've got hundreds of coins anyway). I usually refer to my messenger bags as purses anyway, so I can't say I'll be bothered if anyone else makes that mistake.
