A good quality Air Purifier

This may be a slightly strange request here, but my allergies have been killing me lately and I have been looking into getting an air purifier.

I have seen some around $30-40 at Target, but the filters were $30 for a 2-pack. I would like a relatively nice purifier that either has cheap filters or a permanent washable filter. Trying to stay under the $100 range, but I'd rather have nice quality (definitely won't go above $200)

I'm not even really sure of where to look for good deals on these, I know a lot of stores sell them, but I know absolutely nothing about them (good brands, what to look for, etc) So Im hoping someone here can help me out

That one only covers an 80 square foot room but looks to be a really good deal if you're getting it for a bedroom or something. I might pick one of those up.
