My second 360 took a shit yesterday, courtesy of Turok.
When I called to get the box, the CSR asked me to try plugging it directly into the wall socket and cut out the surge protector because, and I quote, "the Xbox is equiped with six surge protectors already. Three in the unit and three in the power cord"
Eventually, I just told him to send me a box and get it over with. Interestingly, they're now using Fed Ex instead of UPS.
So I'll just have to made due and play Puzzle Quest for the next couple of weeks on my brother's newly repaired 360.
