A place to buy DVD movie inserts?

I've been catching killer deals on DVDs on eBay lately, but some of them are used blockbuster or other rental movies and don't come with inserts/chapter cards. I know some movies don't have them at all. I was just wondering if there is a website or a place I could buy the ones I'm missing.

Or if maybe there is a blockbuster employee that can get me some and explain what blocbuster does with all of it's unused cards.
