I've recently been approved for writing gaming related articles on examiner.com. For my debut article, I've kept things simple and written a review of Portal 2. In the future, however, readers can expect to see more focused pieces approaching games from a semi-academic perspective. Anyhow, the link here will take you to my review. Examiner wants the articles to stay in the 500ish word range, so I couldn't get in everything I wanted. And while I do give the game 5/5 stars, I don't equate that to perfection. I tend to rate like your standard 5-bubble survey question ranging from Very Bad to Very Good. This post was intended primarily to raise a little awareness about the fact that I'm starting to post examiner articles, so I put this topic in the most general forum category. Perhaps individual, category-specific posts for each article would be better, though.
