"U.S. regulators last week charged the owner of 12dailypro.com and her two companies with fraud for running a $50 million Ponzi scheme, according to a statement released on Monday."

i heard about it here and i remember there being a big old thread about it awhile back. i remember i was VERY close to signing up with a little bit of extra cash i had.

I'm just wondering what happened to you people who were in on it.

Wow, not a bad scam. She got greedy though. She allowed people to buy up to $6,000 worth of "units" to get in on it and had 300,000 "investors." If she kept the buy in to a $5-$10 good faith first time investment and told everyone there was a 75% chance of doubling their money no one would have complained to the BBB for losing such a small amount and she'd be sitting on $3,000,000.
