AC3 or Black Ops 2 preorder?

What would be worth more pre-ordering now? Assassin's Creed 3? or Black Ops 2? or does it matter? Suggestions for other enticing pre-orders?

I know of the pre-order bonuses and such but would like some opinions. Thanks!

Black Ops for personal preference. Descent campaign, multi-player you know love or hate and zombies!!! Zombies is the reason I'll go for it. I suggest you rent Ass Creed 3 if you're not really into the multiplayer aspect of the game.
If you're the single player kind of guy, I guess go for Ass Creed 3.

Black ops 2 will have more re-playability because of multiplayer and zombies, not even considering if you buy the map packs. But if you are not into multiplayer, than go for AC3 as it will actaully have a good single player

Multiplayer: Black Ops 2
Which game will hold more value for trade in reasons: Black Ops 2

Black Ops 2 will hold it's trade in value. But if in the long run you are going to buy and keep both, then, because AC3 will drop quicker, you would save more money in the long run buying Black Ops 2 first.

That said, I don't like COD much so I'd personally pre-order AC3.

Except at initial release I am thinking. Probably can pick both games up for $60 on BF.

Just guessing on previous years

Reference: COD: MW2 and Assassin's Creed 2 were both $30 at Target on BF the month they were released.

Except for no COD has been on sale on black friday for the last two years so I wouldn't count on it. I've seen it go on sale after xmas though. Assassin's Creed will probably be on sale on BF since it would have been out for almost a month so I can see it being part of Wal-mart's sale or Best Buy's BF sales.
