Even if they had a blooper reel, I doubt that is something I would want to see. It'd be something like Faces of Death..! I can't imagine being used as a jumprope and then getting tossed aside to crash. Probably not gonna be able to walk away from that one.

Seriously though, they need to trash rhythmic gymnastics and replace it with this in the Olympics.
