If I'm not allowed to ask this then please close the thread but I've lost my code manager disc and need to reinstall. The Datel website doesn't have it available for download and I can't find a working torrent. Can anyone help me out? >_

I'm happy for you. Some people (myself included) just want to see the story, and can't get pass part of game so we "cheat". I couldn't beat the last sin in Trauma Center. Other times, I've already beaten the game, and I just want to change it up. There are cheats that do that by changing gravity. Or in the case of Professor Layton, I wanted to see what was behind the hidden door before the second game came out. People play games for various reasons. As long as you enjoy the experience and don't ruin others experience that's all that matters. Just don't use cheat codes on line, and I'm cool with it.

Not to be mean or anything, but I don't like people who can't at least make an attempt at using proper grammar.
 
I couldn't beat Contra 4, even on "easy". I'm just not 'lite enough. I was having fun with the game, until I made it to level 5 and couldn't get any further. Playing the first 4 levels over and over in order to sometimes make it to level 5, only to run out of continues, AGAIN, got tiresome. I wasn't having fun any more. I used a cheat system to unlock all the challenges and the extras and now the game has a lot more value for me. In particular some of the challenges are really fun, and it's cool to play the old Contras. At some point I absolutely plan to turn on unlimited lives and then walk through the game on Normal level so I can see the ending, because otherwise I will never get to see it. So ... get over it.

You're right. You clearly have better grammar than me. I bow to your great wisdom of not capitalizing the first word of a sentence or the word "I." I bow to your lack of punctuation. Finally, I bow to your use of the word "haten." I mean it's incredible grammar to use "hatin" instead of "hating," but to use "haten" just shows how far beyond me you are grammatically speaking. Let it be known that I have fallen in battle to the great spoogebobgangster.
