So, as you all might know they had a B2G1 sale last month.
I was able to get(All PS3):
Red Dead Redemption
Fallout: New Vegas
Call of Duty: Black Ops

all for around 82 dollars and some change

They also shipped those games separately, which I was aware of.

Here's where the fun begins...
I got RDR and Fallout within a couple of days of each other. I then get black ops 3-4 days after those come. Only problem...it's the 360 version :/

December 22nd
I call them and they said they would email me a prepaid return label. They didn't.
I emailed them about the same problem the same day. No response

December 23rd
I call again and repeat my problem. They finally send one

I then ship off the wrong version and they had let me know they shipped a ps3 version.
The week after Christmas, I get the game.

December 27th
I get an email reply from my email sent five days before and they send me a return label.

December 31st
I get this in my inbox as part of their email:
Resolution (2010-12-31 09:15:48)
A refund has been issued. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive.

I then emailed them letting them know that I called customer service had solved the issue and sent me the correct version of the game.

No response.

the refund money is now in my account...

So, should I expect anything else to happen or did I just make a B2G1 a B1G2?

Well, considering my multiple less than satisfactory experiences with them, my first thought would be to leave things alone and walk away with a smiley face. However, my ethical and moral side would take over and prompt me to contact them and let them know what happened. Who knows, they would probably allow you to keep the game anyways for being up front and honest. Just my take on the situation.
